HOW DO I BOOK MY CLASSES?

You will need to set up an account on the website to book a class or buy a class pass. Then, manage your bookings via "My Subscriptions" tab under your account.

A simpler way is to download the Spaces by Wix app to book/cancel classes on the go. Trust me - this app makes it so much easier to book classes each month at a glance!

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY ZOOM CLASSES?

  1. Ensure there is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture, equipment and other hazards that may increase the risk of slips, trips or falls. 

  2. Position your mat length-wise to the camera. Ensure that the entire mat can be seen so I can check on your alignment.

  3. Prepare the necessary props.

  4. Wear grip socks to prevent slips.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR THE ZOOM CLASSES?

Small foam ball & resistance band

Good-to-have: Light weights (max 2kg), large gym ball, foam roller, fitness circle

The equipment are affordable light props that are mostly under S$10. They are so versatile, and can be used for muscle release and challenging/assisting your workout, giving you a gym experience right at home!

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Class passes are non-refundable.

WHAT IS YOUR CLASS BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

For the Pop-Up Pilates classes, there will be no refund due to the one-off nature of the session. 

Please cancel your booking at least 7 days (for SG 1:1 studio sessions)/24 hrs (for virtual/London sessions) in advance, for 2 reasons:

  1. You will get your class credit back.


  2. We respect each other's time, especially if our schedules have been blocked for the session.

If you do not cancel before the deadline, you will be charged the class credit.  

Faith in Pilates reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the class with at least 24-hr notification. 

CAN THE EXPIRY DATES OF THE PASSES BE EXTENDED?

Unfortunately, the expiry dates cannot be extended as they are designed to give you sufficient time to complete the sessions.

CAN I SHARE CLASS PASSES WITH MY FRIEND/FAMILY?

Virtual workout is an independent practice and I encourage you to have separate passes to take charge of your own fitness goals. Therefore, sharing of passes is not allowed.

WHAT ARE YOUR HYGIENE AND COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES FOR STUDIO CLASSES?

  1. Wear grip socks for hygiene and safety purposes.

  2. Be socially responsible. Inform me if you are feeling unwell, and the session will be rescheduled. Likewise, I will reschedule a session if I am feeling unwell.

  3. Masks are to be worn at all times except when doing vigorous exercises. You will sanitise your hands on arrival. 

  4. You have my assurance that the equipment will be thoroughly disinfected after every use, and studio air purified with a combination of fresh air circulation via open windows and a HEPA air filter.
